A new revolution in mobile phone will be start beginning next year in Europe. Nokia, Sony Ericsson and many giant cell phone manufacturers have agreed to use one standard cell phone charger format. This is good news for European; they are able to charge their cell phones with one standard charger, practically easy and won’t have to buy a new one if using another cell phone. In the other side, Manufactures is necessary producing the charger that effect less waste for many usefulness chargers.

The universal standard charger using micro USB format which commonly use in many mobile phone or other gadgets. Unfortunately, this decision also come with some exceptions, this standard charger only applies to mobile phone that data enabled which able to access email or Internet. This fact makes the number of cell phone that use charger by manufacturers still so huge

With many major providers like Apple, RIM, Motorola, LG, and Samsung have signed the deal, we hope this standard program will be available next on Asia and the US.

Apple alone is a huge market, because iPhone connector is also used for the iPhone with many accessories designed with that connector in mind. Changing a charger is simply easy for Apple but changing multiple product lines of gear would be a massive undertaking, it makes manufacturers’s chance to go back to the precious sales well again.

And for this standard agreement, we would like to say congrats. We sure that this is not the easy jobs.
